i reported these streetlights on 11/5. i sent a follow up email to Saint Francis this morning.

Reported the light to SFE.

Emailed RP to provide update.

Closing Ticket.

Emailed concerned citizen on 11/04/2020 that their request was received and forwarded to the Code Compliance Supervisor for review. City of Lathrop has initiated the Code Compliance process and ticket is now closed.

Did not hear back from reporting party. Joel went out to nearby locations and did not smell anything. Believes it comes from a nearby company.
