Hello, I was reaching out to see who I need to contact to get the street lamp in front of our house fixed. It constantly flickers from a bright white light, to a warm yellow light, then completely shuts off (all in a span of 5-10mins) every night, several times a night. I have reached out before with this same message and unfortunately the ticket was closed because I hadn't responded back (my apologies, I was unaware that I needed to check the ticket to see if there was a response).
