good morning,

this ticket/work order  number has been closed but the work never took place ; our street light SL#839 still not fixed . someone should take care of it it is almost three weeks still no update 

• Ticket ID: 693104f3 & 6930d526 were submitted 5/28/26 at 1:35pm. There was no description and the subject text was “License”. Both where assigned to the building department.
• I emailed requestor for additional information and received the response below. It appears that request is in regards to a utility bill.
• I am unable to re-assign the request to finance. So, I am closing it out and creating a new request for Finance.
