Dog Barking for hours

14416 Avon Ave, they have alot if dogs but "one" that sits at the fence and barks all night. What is frustrating Is someone is home and they just let the dark sit out and bark and bark and bark.

Dog is barking nonstop around the area of Johnson Ferry Rd not sure whose dog but doesn't seem to calm down

Neighbor feeding and propagating stray cats

Hello, I am not sure who I can go to for help on this matter but for a while we have had an excessive amount of stray cats in my street and I believe that my neighbors at 15940 Four Corners Court are helping the amount of cats grow by feeding them but not really claiming ownership and letting them have more kittens.
