4 whining dogs

The house next door to 17345 s walnut Burl lane, which I believe is 17309 s walnut Burl lane, has 4 small dogs in the backyard that are constantly whining. One looks pretty old and can hardly walk and the other 3 just sit by the sliding glass door and whine all hours of the night. It's 67 degrees out at at 9 pm and they are still out whining. I don't want any beef with the neighbors but this is just sad.

BARKING DOGS

 CONTINUED BARKING DOGS. FROM TICKET ID 6016deed. FROM 1800 AND STILL GOING AT 2030 HOURS. THIS IS THE SECOND DAY IN A ROW AND HAS HAPPEN BEFORE. SOMEONE PLEASE DO SOMTHING ABOUT THIS, THANK YOU.

BARKING DOGS

 14587 PINE DR. LATHROP, CA. TWO DOGS BARKING FOR OVER TWO HOURS. SMALL DOG SOUNDS LIKE IT IS THE HOUSE. LARGE DOG IS OUT SIDE. THEY BOTH HAVE BEEN BARKING FOR ABOUT TWO HOURS NOW NON STOP. IT IS 2016 HOURS NOW AND SEEM TO HAVE STOP. HOWEVER THIS NOT THE FIRST THIS HAS HAPPEN. IT IS THE FIRST TIME I'VE DECIDED TO COMPLAIN AND IT WON'T BE THE LAST. THANK YOU.
