City work truck parked in front of our house daily

Every night there is a work truck parked in front of the houses of Silver Springs way. Lately he parks right in front of 18034 Silver Springs way blocking our ability to safely enter and exit our driveway. It's parked there over the weekends as well.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is for the complaint regarding 17433 Pheasant Downs Rd Lathrop, CA. They are getting louder as I am typing this. They have even started singing. Please come out to get this taken care of. We are going through a pandemic and I know these people have gathered individuals who are not a part of the household in question.

17433 Pheasant Downs Rd Lathrop, CA Extremely Loud Gathering Currently

There is currently an extremely loud gathering at 17433 Pheasant Downs Rd, Lathrop, CA. They have their windows open and they are so loud due to being drunk. It has been loud since 9:00 PM but I could not complain since it was before 10 PM. Please give them a citation because they are constantly making noise almost on a daily basis during inappropriate times. This is Lathrop and not some trashy town. Please fix this issue.

2 recreational vehicles in public view

On 1633 tumbleweed, there are 2 massive RVs clearly in public view. One of them possibly has residents. Also trash visible in front of house.
