Hello,

I have been a resident in Lathrop for past 16 years and take care of my home. Recently new neighbors have moved into our street that have made the front of the home dirty and have been parking on the unpaved grass area of the side of the home. Also, they have stained the side walk with oil due to the cars leaking oil. Can you please take a look at this issue.  The address of concern is 17416 Stone Cellar Way. Thank you.

There are a few properties on stonecellar way that are just outright filthy. The front yards are disgusting to even walk by. Also many properties have cars that do no even work parked on the street and rvs parked on their driveways. This street looks so filthy and dangerous. Please have them comply. This is a family neighbourhood.

It was a pleasure speaking with you yesterday, as I stated I appreciate you taking the time to submit your concern through the City of Lathrop website.  I did have the opportunity to review your comments yesterday and wanted to apologize for how the situation was handled on Saturday, December 26.  As I mentioned in our conversation I will be following with our staff member to ensure this does not happen again.  Thank you again for taking the time to forward your concern.
