They house at 348 Vila Real Court has had their garbage cans out since the late yesterday and our pick up day is not until tomorrow. They are so close door of my truck I have to move them in order to get in and out of my truck. Aren't cans only allowed out the evening before pick up?

 Good afternoon 

  I like to inform that my neighbor sits in county bench and everyday he spits around the bench 

  and on the ground by the bench. I do not like to mention to them as they are my neighbors (17188 Kestrel Drive, Lathrop CA 95330) if

   county worker can put a sign not to spit as it raises the health concerns especially when 

    COVID-19 is around. My address is as follows

RV trailer parked for over a week on the street. The unit is now has an extension cord running power to the unit. This trailer is also blocking the view of oncoming traffic. This unit is located on the corner of Pony express way and Homestead ave. 

There is a Camper parked on City street on Homestead Drive and Pony Expressway. There's also 2 unmoved vehicles with cobwebs parked on Pony Expressway. The vehicles possibly belong to 16393 Pony Express Way, new renters in area. All these vehicles 1- are blocking already narrow roads and the large camper is a hazard for drivers on this busy road.
