Parked on grass and blocking sidewalk

935 Flint Ave in Lathrop has a Grey Lexus parked on grass and blocking the sidewalk preventing people from utilizing sidewalk.

Blocked STOP Sign and Fire Hydrant

The STOP sign on the corner of Johnson Ferry Road (302 Johnson Ferry Road) and Loganberry Way is being blocked by a tree. At this same corner (on the Loganberry Way side) there has been a car parked in front of the firs hydrant for months, and has not moved. There is also a small bus that parks there every evening so you can not see to make the turn right from Johnson Ferry onto Loganberry Way.
