Please look into the street parking on autumn rain, pheasant downs rd, and stoneceller way. It is very difficult to turn into stoneceller way without almost hitting a parked car.

Unkept frontyard and sidewalk

Hello,

I am writing to complain of a home that has unkept front yard and weeds that grow into the sidewalk. The weeds are so overgrown that they make it difficult to walk for kids as well as adults. There are also multiple cars parked on the driveway and street which leak of oil. I am uncertain if the residents are running a car repair service out of their garage. Could you please advise on how to address these issues?

Garbage Bins

Hello,

I would like to know what's the code compliance for leaving the Garbage bins out in the curve. My neighbor leaves them out on the street so nobody would park on their curve. Is that a code violation or is that allowed? As far as I'm concerned street is public. Please advise.
