Garbage Bins

Hello,

I would like to know what's the code compliance for leaving the Garbage bins out in the curve. My neighbor leaves them out on the street so nobody would park on their curve. Is that a code violation or is that allowed? As far as I'm concerned street is public. Please advise.

The owners at 17946 Daffodil Hill St have left there car parked on the side of the street in the same spot for the past month or two. Green ford truck. License: 6C50554

Auto repair business out of residential property

A resident in the neighborhood seems to be running an automotive repair business out of his garage. This is causing a large number of cars to be parked on the streets for large periods of time, reducing the space for other neighbors. It can cause reduce the value of the homes, cause pollutants in the area and is an eyesore.
