Abandoned black 2 door car tags no good would like it away from my house

2013 to 2017 black Nissan Altima was just left crashed and unmoveable infront of 16216 Suzie Q ln . Vechicle has been here over 2 weeks .

Per the Lathrop Municipal Code 10.24.020(A)  Any vehicle that has been parked or left standing upon a street or alley for seventy-two (72) or more consecutive hours; may be subject to be towed. Please call the Community Services Division at 209-647-6430 or the Non-Emergency Line at 209-249-1800 to report the standing vehicle with the exact address and description of the vehicle.

Excessive weeds

Hi There,

 

We have neighbors at 713 Albany Street who have excessive weeds in their front yard. It's an eyesore and will be a fire hazard as the weather warms up and the weedsdry-out!

13575 Jasper St, Lathrop, CA.

The property located at 13575 Jasper St was sold approximately 2 years ago and is since being used as an Air BNB. The maintenance of the property is very poor and not kept up. The lawn is weeds and is overgrown, bushes/flowers all overgrown, the driveway cracks are all filled with weeds and this is a public nuisance. I live at 13599 Jasper St (next door) and myself and all the neighbors are really tired of looking at it. The entire neighborhood is well maintained except for this house. Not sure if anything can be done about it, but would appreciate any help! Thank you!

Abandoned disabled car

What is the rule for how long a disabled car can be parked on the street. 
 

We have a car that looks like it's been in an accident with damage to the front driver side tire area that has not moved for weeks. So just would like to understand how much time has to pass before it should be removed.
