Cones blocking street parking

The house address 18161 Calaveras dr is blocking public parking with cones at the corner of Calaveras and Amador dr and if they are moved to park on the street legally they will come to your house to yell and scream at you for accessing  public parking.

Trash in front of the house

The house at 16801 Settler Trail has trash outside for over one year.  They have mattresses and other trash piling up in front of the garage.

Neighbor's Tree In Danger Of Falling Over Our Home - 17217 S Canyon Gate Ln

Hello Lathrop City Code Compliance Team:

We are the residents of 17217 S Canyon Gate Ln., Lathrop in the Mossdale area, a few minutes walk from the City Hall. The weather has been very bad for the past few days (Feb 03 and Feb 04, 2024) with very heavy wind gusts in Lathrop (as strong as 50 mph). 

 

Abandoned Vehicle

There has been a car parked in our street in front of our house for almost 1-2 months. It hasn't moved and they are just taking our parking space.

I’m with Cyprexx Services and we are a property preservation and maintenance company that’s servicing this property, 709 Green Plaza for our client Shellpoint Mortgage.  

Can you advise if there’s any open code violations if so,  how to obtain a copy of the notice of violation document?  In addition, open liens, or active demolition threats.
