Failure to maintain lawn

Hi,

Year after year, the residents at 16658 Ore Claim Trail fail to maintain/cut down their front lawn. The grass/weeds exceeds 2' in height.  Is this something in which the City can provide the residents there with a violation notice?  Note: I have a photo that I can email you if you provide me with an email address.  On a side note, one of the residents/tenants that resides there wears an ankle brace/tracking system.  That is a bit concerning (as I have a 4 and 7 year old sons).  Thank you for any/all help with this.

I have another concern about the handicap parking on Westwind Dr It's a real inconvenience when cars are parked and they don't have their placards in the window to let us identify they are handicap. When my mother-in-law comes to visit, there's always nowhere to park. she's handicap, but there's nowhere to park even if it's not a handicap available. I understand it first come first serve but some cards sit there for weeks and weeks and weeks. Thank you.

Trash bins not taken in after pickup

The residents at 15900 Covered Bridge Way leave their trash bins out on the street for several weeks already.

Parked White Van not moved over 72 hours

There is a white van parked on the street more than 72 hours in front of my house, 656 Town Sq, Lathrop.  Assuming its not registered since the tag is 2023. Requesting for someone to take a look. Thank you
