Noise nuisance

Hi, we have a neighbor with some kind of ring doorbell notifier that will not stop going off all day and it's extremely loud. From around 8am to 4pm. Their address is 16194 Suzie Q Ln. 

can we please get assistance with this.

The sign says, gateway guest parking only no tenant parking call Lathrop Police or towing company.

Yard maintenance

Yard is completely overgrown and even blocking the sidewalk and ability to see on the corner.

Dear City of Lathrop,

I am writing to express my concern about the condition of the neighborhood located on Pheasants Down Rd, Autumn Rain Dr, and Stone Celler Way. As a resident of this area, I have noticed several issues that have been ongoing and have adversely affected the quality of life for myself and other neighbors.
