overgrown weeds

Hello,

After a rainy winter many of our neighbors have an extraordinary amount of weeds in their yards.  Can you please check on code compliance for the following addresses:

656 Bacarra

668 Bacarra

705 Bacarra as well as

671 Madrone

Parked White Van not moved over 72 hours

There is a white van parked on the street more than 72 hours in front of my house, 656 Town Sq, Lathrop.  Assuming its not registered since the tag is 2023. Requesting for someone to take a look. Thank you

the noise continues, and now it sounds like noise sensors make when you take items from a store. its very annoying, please send someone to check on this.
