Garbage cans blocking parking

Home owner at 16825 forty niner trl, puts all 3 cans out to block parking in front of home, city has come out multiple times over past couple years, he is very confrontational and not pleasant to talk to, several neighbors have asked him to remove them for their company to park. But refuses. Anyhelp would be appreciated.

Large Basketball hoop in the Street

There is a basketball hoop in the street at 16654 Loganberry Way. It is in the way for passing/turning vehicles.

There is a broken sprinkler at Walgreens corner of Lathrop and Harlan Rd. 

The broken sprinkler is at the entrance from W Lathrop Rd.

If this is not city property please inform Walgreens to make correction or shut off irrigation till correction can be made. Thank you 

Cars parked on lawns

Cars and motorcycle are parked on lawns constantly at 817 Saint Andrew Street. House looks like a dump and making neighborhood look bad.
