I did both business license renewals online in December (around 12/10/2024) and have not heard anything back regarding them.

Are they being processed? Is there a problem? I was not prompted to pay. I assumed I would hear something from the City but have not.

I am writing to this with a humble request  to look into which i resident of Lathrop along with other have been dealing with 

I've been contacting LID for over a year with no response about the cares program. Can I get some help? I filled out the application over a year ago, called several times. I get nothing but, that decision comes from my manager and he's not available..
