Hi , my name is Wendy Willis trying to pay my water bill but my account is locked due to trying to many passwords. Please help. 

I have moved from my previous address on June 30th 2022 and still getting water services bills for the account number: 01717-003 for address: 18107 silver springs way lathrop ca . Please  discontinue my account (I have requested discontinuation previously) and make necessary adjustment to the bill. Thank you.

The online bill pay has not been working for the past 2 weeks.

If I change my landscaping to an artificial grass and no water usage, is any incentive by the city to help me out to pay. I am retired on a budget.
