Police

   Good Evening,

     My wife and I moved our family to Lathrop since 2016, we are seen how fast is growing this beautiful city. Something that concerns us is how much the cars fly around certain areas, Towny Centre all the way to the park almost to the end of the route, I always needs to be double careful because the speed. walking with my dogs by the round about a car almost catches us, we wish to have the police officers more active and drive around neighborhoods to make this city more safe.

Lately, the crime in Lathrop has been rising and the police don't seem to be able to do anything at all.  We all feel like we are on our own here. Police are useless at all. In the last few years, several times criminals have been breaking into cars, and stealing cars from the streets.  There is a possible drug activity in the area. Police does nothing at all. 

The city was safer than it was a sheriff's department jurisdiction. Now, when the Lathrop police department is supposed to protect us from crime we don't feel safe. Why do we pay them at all if they are useless?  

I almost had a car accident trying to pull onto O street from Saguaro lane. Someone parks a big black truck too close to intersection and it blocks view of oncoming traffic. This has been a problem for a while. Driver of truck has been asked several times to park further back..he cooperated for a while but it is a problem again.

The construction workers on Goodland Ct are constantly blasting their music. I can hear it through my closed windows.

Owner of motor cycle at 841 waterman Ave Lathrop. motorcycle is revved at all hours of the night normally in middle of night. It is revved for no reason what so ever. At 1am or 3am. Very loudly 

Hello Lathrop PD,

I am trying to file an official complaint against Postal Annex located on 1256 W Lathrop Rd Manteca CA. I tried to file a complaint on Manteca PD online as well but they referred me to Lathrop PD. 

on 9/7/23, I shipped a package (Samsung phone in the original box value of $1800) and dropped it off at Postal Annex store. They gave me the receipt and confirmation that it will be shipped via FedEX. SAmsung later emailed me and sent me a video of opening the box with no phone inside. I have the video from Samsung, the Proof of delivery from FedEx.
