I would really appeciate it if I could please have an officers present while I retrieve my items that were stolen from me. I live in San Jose and the thief brought them to his home in Lathrop. His sister saw them and informed me that he definitely these things that are sentimental valuable and extremely important such as my social security card and car titles.

There has been an abandoned white Cadillac parked in the neighborhood since last summer. The person that left it there does not live in the neighborhood. The owner comes and goes grabbing things out it from time to time.

It's been parked at 16310 Warfield Rd Lathrop, CA 95330

Vehicle has been blocking sidewalk all morning forcing people into street at 742 Rose Arbor St. Please keep anonymous.
