Abandoned vehicle

In front of 747 Granite Ave.  4 door dark grey sedan 8TVL687 has not moved in weeks and has spider webs growing off all tires a foot into the road. This house has more cars than they have parking spaces so this car needs to be dealt with so they have an extra parking spot

Electric Wheelchair on the corner of Matador and Dera

There is an electric wheelchair on the corner of Matador Way and Dera Way. Possibly stolen and abandoned.

Abandoned car with expired tags

There is a car at the end the st from my house for several days with expired license plate . The car is a white van at the end of ore claim trail a crossed of 16640 ore claim trail Lathrop ca  . The license plate is 8k37030

Burn out

I have a ? My nephew recently did a burn out for his little boy and a neighbor called to complain. They came out and treated my nephew like a criminal and almost took him to jail. They impounded his truck for 30 days. Where in the code book does it show burn outs are prohibited and this would be the consequences? Thanks in advance.
