Thank you for bringing this to the City's attention. All of our City's non-emergency and emergency calls are routed to the City of Ripon call center because the City of Lathrop does not have our own Dispatching Center. I do apologize that there were no police to respond at the time of the call. For faster response times, when reporting parking violations, calls should be routed through our dispatch center at (209)249-1800. During business hours of 8:30am -5:30 PM it can be reported to the Community Services Division at 209-647-6430.
