The light to turn left from Harlan to west bound on Lathrop Road is not working properly. It is a safety concern.

They are still parking trailer in front of house not hooked up to vehicle They make park to look like its hooked to a red Ford truck.

At mossdale school

1.  is within 20 ft  of school cross walk a violation?

2. Parking on red curb from school crosswalk a violation 

3.  Is blocking a fire hydrant next a gate enterance of school grounds still a violation?

people are speeding to drop off and pick up kids and we had so far children hit by cars in the school area near round about city hall
