There is a Toyota car parked at the corner of Pony Express and Stagecoach.  It has not been moved for sometime.  

There is a vehicle on Pony Express where it intersects with Stagecoach.  From the looks it has not been moved for quite some time.  Is it possible to see if this is even a legal car?  Thank you .

Hello. I am submitting this concern because I feel that the city of Lathrop needs to be aware of the incident I experienced at around 7:00 pm today (May 28th) by the roundabout near City Hall. Seeing many hate crimes in the news today is what encouraged me to put in this complaint.

Basically i'm reporting a person who continues to repeatedly speed down Opal st on a daily basis and annoy the neighbours with loud exhaust. This person was reported to Lathrop police a few months back for doing donuts in front of my house and other neighbors and supposedly Lathrop PD went over to he's home to talk to him but apparently he doesn't care. He drives a white mustang with custom license PUTT AJA he is of Indian descent and lives on 13257 Talc st  in Lathrop ca 95330.

Unregistered vehicle parked on the street for more than a week.  Vehicle is parked in front of 15881 4 Corners Ct. Lathrop, CA. Red Ford Fiesta. License plate 7MNF843.
