Hello 

On my street there is three cars that have no license plates or the paper one. And some have expired tags.

my car is always getting tagged.

they need to do a check in my neighborhood.

The house at 652 Homestead Ave has had their jetskis and trailer parked on the street for over a month in violation of ordinance 17.76.020.  Occasionally they move it and we think it's going to be taken to a storage facility but then it's back. The street is already congested with a narrow road and parked cars on either side of the street we don't need additional watercrafts. 

I've had a car parked in front of my house since 4th of July. Tomorrow with be day 5 and It hasn't moved. Today I saw a woman get out of a mini van, start her car and then leave in the mini van. Leaving the car parked. I'm wondering how long this person can leave their car parked in front of my house with out moving it. Thanks for any advice. I do have this on video footage and pictures. Two vehicles (Grey stratus and gold Lexus) on Iron way in Lathrop (directly acrossed from Joseph Widmer) have spider webs all over them and have not been moved in months.
