Hello, I would like to file a nuisance complaint against my neighbor, where do I go, and how do I go about it.  I am tired of calling the LPD and nothing really is done about it.

Vehicle hasn't moved for weeks. Parked on Kruip Court in Lathrop. White Dodge van license plate: 4zna575

Two vehicles on Iron Way (next to the house 13541gypsum way acrossed from Joseph Widmer) in Lathrop that have not moved for an extended period of time. Spider webs all over both vehicles.

Billboards for builder directory were recently installed on River Island Islands Parkway at each intersection. It is hard to see incoming traffic at some intersections (e.g., left turn to west River Islands Parkway from Bosch Avenue) because the billboard partially block traffic on the left side. Worse, a billboard blocks the stop sign on Sidwell Drive on the eastbound River Islands Parkway. I observed half of drivers did not stop or slow down yesterday. I can relate because the first time I drove through there, I did not see the stop until the last second.
