Dear Sir/Madame:

I am a resident of River Island, Lathrop. Some time between 2/17-2/20 a thief used a saw to cut off the catalytic converter from my 2001 Ford F250 Super Duty truck that was parked by the curve in front of my house. That was an extreme shock to me. As a victim of catalytic converter theft, I am now facing a thousand-dollar repair bill I didn’t expect. Depressed state for me.

Cement trucks , bright lights, at tge wayfair facility. Construction noise and beeps from the cements trucks .i have been hearing this from midnight to 4 in morning.

 This Saturday night at 7:55 pm I called in a report/complaint about David Silva at 710 J St. in Lathrop and his truck headlights shining into my living room window and the fact that I had asked him to please turn off his headlights. (He sent me a voicemail saying no!)

 Around 9:00 pm, there are two police officers at my front door inquiring about what was going on.

 I explained the situation to them and during the conversation it came up that Maria Silva had also called in a complaint that night, about me. (They never told me what her complaint was.)

the street in front of you house is not private property. this gray vehicle hasn't been moved for a long time at least more than six months and it looks bad. not sure if its running due to mechanical issues or accident damage it is a public nuisance since its the front of the park and we only have a limited space for public parking. can we investigate and looks like an abandoned vehicle
