The arrow to turn into northbound S.Harlan Rd. Is not working properly, after 3 cycles the arrow never turn green creating a huge line that blocked the middle lane on the eastbound of Lathrop Rd

First 2 street lights not working on nut tree court.

Citizen Evelyn Duran, called to state the bathrooms at Sangalang park have been covered in poop and toilet paper for three days now.  Evelyn stated she has called numerous times with zero result.  I informed citizen of the Lathrop Cares app and that she might get a quicker response.  I stated I would put in request for her.

Dear Sir/Madam,

1. Vehicle users in RiverIslands parkway are increasing every day, how can we make them slowdown? need immediate action.

2. There are multiple blind spot(bushes/plants size of a vehicle) in each intersection / junction. Incoming traffic from street, pedestrians and kids are having trouble crossing the RI parkway when vehicle goes 45mph in a 1-2 feet distance. Especially during peak hours for office and school, we see close calls.
