The traffic light for wast bound louise and Harlan timing is off.

The light is only green for 6 seconds or 4 cars before changing. 

This stacking up traffic past Bizbee and take 3 light cycles to get Harlan

the traffic light at West bound Louise at Harlan Rd. isn't cycling properly

The catch basin on the corner of Harlan and Shilling has had standing water since the last rains a few weeks ago and it is full of algae and is probably a breeding ground for mosquitoes. I'm not sure if the drain may be blocked but something needs to be done about before we are inundated with mosquitoes.

One street light number is 771, the other is just east of this light.
