lakeside drive garland and bows

Hi,

My 8 year old daughter wants to know why lakeside dr in river islands has garland and ribbons for christmas decoration but no where else in lathrop has it. We live in mossdale and pay our taxes we should have it up also all down golden valley pkway at least. Not ok.

Speeding

While I know that cars speeding has been an ongoing issue, I've noticed its become worse through residential streets. In my neighborhood, there are always kids playing outside including my little brother and sometimes we don't want to let them play outside because cars speed by way too fast. Maybe installing more road bumps would help fix the problem.
