I'd like to report standing water in the gutter on oh Street between fifth and sixth Street on the north side there's standing water that's been there for several days I believe that the drain drain pipes need to be pumped or something thank you so much my name is Lisa Logan I live at 11:99 O St. Lathrop between fifth and sixth Street.

I am contacting you to request an addition of a city light pole on the corner of my house due to frequent loitering and littering on my property. My house is in the unincorporated part of Lathrop. This area is very dark and hidden and encourages poor behavior from drivers and pedestrians alike. If this is not the correct department, please point me in the right direction and I will be more than happy to address it with the correct party. I appreciate your attention to the matter. Not sure this is the correct department. We are in a new development in Standford Crossing and the street light in front of our house has not worked yet. The street is evry dark. It is the light is in front of 561 Bacarra St, Lathrop. Possibly others. Thank you!
