Dear City of Lathrop:

I am aware that my husband has previously filed complaints regarding our backyard neighbor [601 Bramblewood Ave] German Shepard dog barking throughout the night. 

We have purchased dog barking devices in our attempts to minimize the public nuisance that we have been subjected too.

We are also unable to have a quiet evening sitting out on our patio without the continuous barking of our neighbor's dog!  

Question City of Lathrop?  What is the point of having a 'Public Nuisance Prohibited' ordinance if it is NOT enforced?

We have a neighbor who walks his dog routinely off leash. On a few occasions his dogs have approached children playing on the sidewalk and elderly going on evening walks. We have asked him to put his dogs on a leash for safety but the neighbor does not comply. The neighbors address is 2193 Blue Heron Dr Lathrop, ca

hello My neighbor at 15792 Old Glory Way Lathrop 95330 has been walking his dog at night and letting his dog poop on my yard. I have called and filled out this form before and still nothing has been done since he still has been doing the same thing. I have multiple dog poops in front of my house and I had signs up asking for poeple not to let their dogs poop on my yard. I have it on camera of him letting his dog poop on my yard i don't have the time or patience anymore to be dealing with this. Thanks for you time, Felix John Reyes III

HI there. I believe the home on 17679 weatfield st in mossdale has a numerous amount of dogs at their home. The dogs in the backyard are in cages and are constantly barking. I have also heard from other neighbors they have litters there and over 3 dogs that are unaltered.

There is a dog that gets left out in the backyard and does not stop barking. This happens in the middle of the night for long periods of time and during the day. This barking is affecting my sleep and I'm sure all of the neighbors can hear it as well. Please check out this home as I am concerned for the dog. The house is off of Johnson Ferry Rd. Address number is 341. 

I bought five chicks from fabulous feathered silkies business, the owner's name is d a w n e c u l l e n. She sold me sick chicks two died and the rest of my flock is now infected with disease. I have spent over $500 trying to remedy the situation. I have since learned that she has been running a chicken meal for several years and nothing has been done to shut her down. She's still on Facebook, she is still on Google, she is everywhere. Recently she's been harassing me in text messages. I have documentation of everything.

This is my second time writing to animal services about my neighbors having roosters and/or chickens in their backyard. They are making loud noises starting very early as 0530am. It has become a noise disturbance in our neighborhood. Address of livestock - 930 Waterman Ave. Lathrop. I looked online at City of Lathrop codes and this house is less then an acre and in a residential area. 

1.     Livestock and Bees. No person shall stable, keep, pasture, or maintain any livestock or bees within the limits of the city on any lot less than one acre.
