Good morning,

My name is Melissa Gomes. I've contacted your department before because of my neighbors that live behind me dog. Unfortunately, I believe now these neighbors have roosters and possibly chickens. This rooster is making noises in the early mornings and during the day. I'm not absolute but I believe they can have chickens though. The address is 930 Waterman Ave. Lathrop. 

 I know people like to raise chickens in their backyards and collect their eggs to eat, but I thought at some point I had read or heard that the city frowns upon having roosters. 

 There is at least one rooster in the backyard of a house on Milestone, first or second house from the park on the South side of the street. (I don't know the address exactly due to people not liking other people jumping their fences and checking out their backyards.) I believe it is either 642 Milestone Dr or 654 Milestone Dr.

348 Villa Real ct. Their dog has been out in the court this morning by itself (off leash) since 6:30 am. I do have pictures.

My backyard is being invaded by chinch bugs. I have already had "Clark's Pest Control" out to the house to spray twice. The chinch bugs are coming from the field located behind my house at the intersection of Sadler Oak and Manthey Road located by the water tank. There are so many bugs that my wall looks like it is moving. My home is located at 18250 Garmetta Way, Lathrop, CA 95330. My backyard wall is adjacent to the empty lot.

I can not get sleep ever since i got back from school in the bay area. My neighbors dog barks from eleven at night till 5 in the morning. The dogs bark till they are unable to anymore. I would like for them to move the dog on the other side of the house, i can not sleep before i get to work. 

Dear City of Lathrop.

I am filing this complaint against the homeowner/property located at, 601 Bramblewood Ave, which is located in back of my residence, 582 Pasture Ave. 

I, [and I am sure other neighbors] have been subjected to the ignoring barking of their German Shepard Dog throughout the night.

I have tolerated the continuous barking of their dog throughout the evenings. 

The owners at 1036 L street accidentally burnt down their house.  They are not allowed to live there and yet keep their dog on their property.  This dog is fenced in the property and random people come by and fill up water for it and provide food, about every other day  but if no one is living on the property why is the dog? I am concerned for this dog as it has such a poor quality of life.  I wanted to bring this to your attention so you can keep an eye on the situation.

There is a dog that barks non stop at 15827 Independence Avenue. 

I have asked them to control their animal, but nothing has worked. 

Please send someone or something, this is not the first time I have had to reach out to the city about this problem and would like to see something change.

Thanks for taking my call!  We remodeled the Woodward Park, Dog Run, 1980's, tons of dirt on a two acre lot sifted through monthly.  Dogs never fought happy and full of life.  I like the space of your Park might need a little more dirty a few doggie type scenic posts and a little grass.  Take care.  Supreme Court Partners, State of California.  Sierra Club or Audubon may offer a donation for cleaning cages and better area for puppies.  SPCA here was down we upgraded unfortunately homeless population not good for dogs.  White House terrier was mine taken by Mr.
