Animal Center

 A nearby neighbor at church 1130 Matthew Court has a dog that barks all day and all night. It lives outside and barks constantly. They do nothing about it. 

Thursday December 24th 6 am my ring caught our neighbor from 348 Villa Real Ct walking his unleashed dog on our property. We have repeatedly contacted animal services about this type of behavior and nothing has happened. I have a video from my ring to show if needed I can email it to an officer. We are beyond frustrated that NOTHING is being done on behalf of the city. If you need to see the dog off it's leash do be able to actually do something that's never going to happen.

So here we are AGAIN, at 6:35 am on THANKSGIVING and we are dealing AGAIN with this dog BARKING AGAIN at all hours of the late night/early day. It's been doing this for over 2 weeks again and nobody tells that dog to be quiet or bring it inside. 

what a great way to ruin the holidays! what about christmas??? This is not fair to all the neighbors!!

My name is Melissa Gomes I am writing to you because my neighbors dog has been disrupting the peace in our neighborhood (again). I've made SEVERAL complaints over the years (also my neighbors have as well)  and the problem keeps coming back. This dog is barking all hours of the night and will not stop. The address is 930 Waterman Ave. It is the same German Shepard that your services have gotten complaints about in the past. 

There's entirely way too much animal feces in the Castaway River Islands area. It is not only a health issue, it lowers our property values. We pay too many taxes in this area for this not to be addressed with out proof of the culprits. Please monitor or post more signage in the public areas.

 For the past few nights there has been a dog barking constantly through out the night at 702 Milestone Drive in Lathrop.

 I have tried to go over during the day to inquire about the dog but have not been able to get in touch with anyone.

 The dog is still barking and I would ask that someone go out and check.

 My wife says the dog is tired to the Palm tree in the back yard and there is an empty bowl next to him that I am sure is for either food or water, but right now is empty.

Animal Nuisance/Barking – LMC 6.32.110 : It is against the law to allow any animal to disturb the peace and comfort of another.

Dear City of Lathrop.

This will be my second complaint against the homeowner/property located at 601 Bramblewood Avenue who's backyard buds up against my backyard as well as my bedroom windows.  My residence address is 582 Pasture Avenue. 

It appears my neighbors have a high tolerance of hearing [unless they are deaf] of their DOGS [yes, now more than just the German Shepard dog] barking and crying throughout the late night and wee hours of the early morning which makes it difficult for me to sleep.
