concern debate with neighbors  about lease law .

i live at 16788 Ore claim Trial i have 2 service dogs Catahoula mixed rescues giving them a second chance in life making them service dogs for my disability needs.

Please keep this anonymous. The resident and home owner of 15540 Lottie Way, Lathrop, Ca 95330 takes in aggressive feral male cats and  does not re-home them and does not get them neutered. Feeds them outside and keeps them outside as wild aggressive animals. They fight with other neighborhood cats causing high cost in neighbor cats vet bills. These male feral cats destroy front and back yards and flower beds and gardens and wander the neighborhood terrorizing wildlife and other neighborhood pets.
