Good morning,
An an environmental site assessment report is being prepared for the expansion of the State Route 120 (eastbound) off ramp at Guthmiller Road, also known as Yosemite Avenue. Site does not have an APN since it is under CALTRANS jurisdiction. However, as protocol we need to request the City of Lathrop building permits pertaining to site or any other relevant documents for review. Site area is approximately 1.15 acres and consists of the land adjacent to State Route 120 off-ramp and Yosemite Avenue from Madruga Road up to the State Route 120 (westbound) on-ramp.
