My name is Abdu Alghaim. I would like to get a copy of my home Architectural ,plumbing, electrical and mechanical As-Built plans please. I contacted the company that built the house and they informed me that the city hall keep the records not and I can obtain them from you guys. 

My address is 1074 moss ln, Lathrop ca 95330. 

I'd really appreciate the help.

A closed relative new house and others in housing development in Lathrop by Richmond America was constructed without automatic gas shutoff valve. Also appears exterior outlets has no individual GFCI protection.

Hello, I am a consultant researching a property in the City of Lathrop and I am interested in the environmental documents that the Building Division has relating to the site. The site has been primarily agricultural land.

I am looking for land use records, water resource records, such as wells and septic tanks; or any other record/report that falls within the Building Division's purview for the site.

Our family have purchased a home in the River Islands area of Lathrop.  Our home is nearing completion and I would like to know when will the address for our home registered with the city and released to the post office?
