Our family have purchased a home in the River Islands area of Lathrop.  Our home is nearing completion and I would like to know when will the address for our home registered with the city and released to the post office?

Solar is not necessarily required on all New Homes currently being built. Many of the new homes being built are being built under the 2016 Building Code, in which Solar was not required. In the 2019 Building Code, Solar is now required for new homes. Therefore, depending upon when the permit was submitted for 2019 vs. 2020, will indicate the code cycle and solar requirement.

Copy of House structure/Electrical Plan

Hi,

I need a copy of the house plan (structure & electrical) at 17847 Taft Drive. Tract 3992, Lot 2019. We have purchased this home and was informed that detailed plans can be obtained from the city as we need to do some changes so need the original plan. Please let me know how we can get a copy.
