Hello, 

I was sending an email to Councilmembers Diallo and Torres in regards to their NLC Leadership Applications however the email's were rejected by the server. Kindly whitelist nlc.org emails as the City of Lathrop is a member of our organization.

Thank you for the above subject, it was very simple task but it really make a difference. I talked to 2 elected council person about it but they did not able to do it? I realized city manager got the juice or power in city of Lathrop. You doing a great job, I was talking to one of my friend councilman. He said you came from the ranks and that is why you know about running Lathrop. Maybe you got more things to get than going to this elected officers of Lathrop because you are the daily operations of Lathrop to make sure its running smooth. BZ.

City Manager - Oversight Needed

Dear Council Members,

I respectful request an external investigation into the City Managers position and his decision making.

 

Allowing one person to single handily make decisions without any checks and balance is not a safe practice for the City of Lathrop and its citizens. The City Manager is an employee of the city and is accountable to the citizens. As is each council member. All should be held accountable to the same standards.
