City Manager

Dear Council Members,

I respectful request an external investigation into the City Managers position and his decision making.

Allowing one person to single handily make decisions without any checks and balance is not a safe practice for the City of Lathrop and its citizens. The City Manager is an employee of the city and is accountable to the citizens. As is each council member. All should be held accountable to the same standards.

Please do something about the cockroaches all over the city coming out of the sewers! We have done our part around and inside our home, but its not enough! It is a city problem! Please address this!!! 
 

My husband on record died a few days ago. I was told on the phone around ten at night. I come home to two thieves. I called the police to escort them out. They didn't because Rocky conned scammed those officers to believe he had some authority over my home.
