 To whom it may concern,

  What department do I need to contact within the city offices to make a formal complaint against an establishment within the city limits, (The Cafe Platano Bar & Grill at 14725 S. Harlan Rd), for excessive and loud amplified music?

 I have contacted the establishment itself and gotten no where.

 This may not be the correct place to ask my question, and if it isn't would you mind forwarding it on to the party(s) responsible?

 I live in Lathrop on J Street. We have a hard enough time keeping watch over the happenings on the street as it is with all the multiple person/family rentals on the street.

 My question is wether or not the property at 710 J Street is licensed or permitted for running a commercial business out of, ie. "David Silva Landscaping"?
