HELLO CITY MANAGER

We received  a fine in the mail postmarked the 27th of November with a avoid additional citations marked November 19th. 3 of 4 violations were already corrected and at time of inspection were only aware and verbally notified of one correction that was on the citation.  . we are trying to gather info on how to correct the violation but since officer hood is not cooperating with us to correct a violation of building permit which came to our attention October with absolutely no proper guidance to obtain the permit instead we have been pulled in 4 different directions.
