We have a home owner that has parked a broke down commercial delivery truck in front of his home for several months  - parked since Sept. 2020. There is exposed A/C and disconnected parts hanging from the engine bay however there has been no attempt to fix the vehicle.  Current home owners have used residence as a home delivery office which draws commercial vehicles into the neighborhood streets several times a week.  Since there home is a multi family dwelling they have several cars parked in front of neighboring homes.

A house (17977 Amador Dr, Lathrop) in our neighborhood has had a shipping container stored in the street in front of their house since this summer June/July. They constantly move things in and out, seems for a business. Tried to inquire, but the individuals don't speak English. This week they began to sand and paint the container in the street.
Are they allowed to have this container?

I recently moved to Lathrop and noticed that many of the neighbors are being very ridiculous when parking and are not following the compliance code. Their driveways are free and they decide to park in front of my house. This is completely awkward and I feel unsafe because I see a car parked right by my front door and I feel like I lack safety and security. I only have space big enough for one compact car in front of my house and I need that space to put my garbage cans.

It is almost midnight and we cannot sleep. There is a bell ringing in my neighbors backyard (which we share) for the last 3 hours.

owners have had RV "hooked up" to their truck and parked at corner for more than 7 weeks.  As it is on the corner when you are making a right onto the street from Ferry Launch it blocks your view and is very dangerous. I have had two near collisions.
