Purple sofa in front of driveway--neighbors are complaining. Stating its been there for a week.  House at Rosa Arbor and Old Glory Way--house is on Old Glory Way

To my understanding, noise ordinance must still be followed with construction. It's 4:07am and work is already being done on Louise ave.
