Tree in residential homes

It is my understanding that homes are supposed to have a tree in the front and side yard if they are a corner home. This home on the southwest side of Sunol st and Port Washington St. have removed all trees at their home. If it is not required or enforced, then others should be able to do the same.

Neighbors behind me have rodents in their backyard

The neighbours behind my house have rats in their backyard and they're making it's way into my backyard. The address is 17469 stone celler way. Please contact them so their rodents stop coming into my backyard. I've asked pest control but they only spray my house and put traps in my backyard. They can't stop rodents from coming into my backyard. Thank you. 

People living in RV on Old River levees

Hi. This might be something that you don't care about, but I did want to mention it. The past two weeks I have been mountain biking east of River Islands, and there are folk living in a large RV on the banks of the Old River. The first time I saw them was April 28th, and they were still there yesterday, May 13th. The sign at Paradise Road clearly says no vehicles allowed. I believe this is within Lathrop city limits.

Good Evening,

I submitted (May 3, 2021) a ticket in reference to 591 New England Ave., Lathrop, CA re  dryed fire hazard leaves on the property line (ticket ID 4161c6af), may I please have the status, as it yet is a tacky mess.   I have contractors in place to build a fence knowing the compliance regulations.

I noticed that the city I'm assuming a city inspector came out on May 5, 2021?
