Our neighbor at 837 Boulder Ave., Lathrop, has gray pick up truck with an extremely powerful subwoofer rattling glass panels and shower stalls in many houses down the street. The truck-owner parks his truck in idle or drives down the street with all windows rolled down with that ear-piercing and body-pounding stereo in full blast, rattling down all the homes around. I wish you can come down talk to the truck owner about the City's noise ordinance and California state law on public nuisance and protection of residents from harm of unmitigated noise pollution.
