They avoided code by "cementing" in their entire front and side yard (corner lot) with hundreds of cement squares. Now weeds have grown up in between everywhere and in some cases more than 2-3 feet tall on side yard. Is there anything that can be done to get the homeowners/renters to maintain the yard ?
My neighbor has a deck attached to the house and a gazebo over it. Never got permit to build.The whole structures huge, 20x20. It looks to be falling apart, Quite dangerous.
