Noisy security cameras - 16346 Skipper Ln

16346 Skipper Ln has a security camera on the exterior of the house that beeps loudly every 20 seconds, 24/7, and has been beeping for the last 5 weeks. The house is vacant and has been vacant for 14+ years. The beeping is too loud and keeps me up at night. I tried to contact the owner of the house but I have received no response (it is possible the contact information I have is outdated).

Gang sign spray painted on our mail box. In between 393-375 Thomsen Rd 

Abandoned car

Car parked in front of my house for the past 2 weeks.

Silver 4 door infinit 

Cones blocking street parking

The house address 18161 Calaveras dr is blocking public parking with cones at the corner of Calaveras and Amador dr and if they are moved to park on the street legally they will come to your house to yell and scream at you for accessing  public parking.
