Code Compliance

Big semi- truck has been parked on a residential neighborhood in Lathrop CA for over 2 days.

There is a blue Ford F150 truck license plate DP532XB that has been sitting on the corner of Dawn Oaks and Nut Tree that needs to be tagged for removal as it has been sitting for over a week.  

There is a gold Honda Accord V6 license plate 5KTF033, that has been parked on Nut Tree between Barn Hill Lane and Dawn Oaks for over a week and has not moved. I would like the vehicle tagged to be removed immediately as there is a camera located on the dash violating privacy in the community and this has also been reported to the HOA since cars must be moved every 72 hours.

We have been experiencing large tumbleweeds blowing onto our property from an empty lot located in our court. My husband had to remove them from between and behind our vehicles as well as our front lawn. He had to put them in our yard waste bin which is now filled with the tumbleweeds. 

There is a pickup truck with a long trailer that parks for days at a time off and on weekly on Pony Express Way towards New Well. This is a short narrow street and when vehicles are approaching from both ends this trailer creates a traffic  obstruction and blocks the view of  drivers.
