My neighbor had so much trash piled against our shared fence the weight broke the 4x4 post. He promised he would move the trash and repair the post which hasn't been done. 1/10/23 Richard hopped over the fence and tresspassed on my property in an attempt to prop the fence up. He then damaged my gate as he existed. All was caught on video and a police report was filled out.

The house is torn apart and appears uninhabitable. There are numerous people staying there and doing work at all hours of the day and night.

A vehicle on our street, Navigator Drive, has been parked for the last two weeks without moving. It looks like an older Toyota with CA #5GUK336.

There is a red Toyota Rav 4, License Plate: 7ETU792 parked since previous to last week. Tags are expired and on the corner of Chandra Way and Pamela CT., in Lathrop.

Last week a resource Officer came out and placed a tag on it, since then vehicle has remained parked there. Probably should be towed away.
