The home at 1864 Mulholland Drive has had gravel in the street for over six weeks.  It has caused cars to go into oncoming traffic as not to hit the gravel in the street.  It has also caused cars to honk at each other because they do not realize why the other car is in their lane.

To whom this may concern, 

This is the second request about our neighbor that has trash on the side of their home that has not been moved. Seems like they do not pay for trash services. It is beginning to smell and we cannot open our windows because it reeks. Sometimes they leave trash on their lawn or on the actual side-walk or street outside the home and it will stay there for weeks. Their garage door stays open 24/7 and it seems as if someone lives in their garage. Please send someone to correct this as breathing in that trash is very unhealthy. 

16398 Wagon Train Ct always has overgrown and unkempt lawn. House makes the entire neighborhood look like trash. I have submitted numerous complaints, then they cut the lawn and back again to.same condition. City of Lathrop ends to figure out a better enforcement solution.
