My neighbor parks her vehicle between driveways. Not parked in a legal residential parking spot . 

Im not sure who decides to let a homeowner know about bad home/yard upkeep. Please let me know if this is not the right dept. We have a landlord who owns 14094 southport street in lathrop ,who rents to about four or five different people but has never done anything about his front yard. He has weeds growing all over and now they are spreading all over the sidewalk in front of the house so you have to step on the weeds when you pass in front of the house. This landlord should be held accountable for the upkeep of his home. The homeowner is making our street look very run down.

Hello we have neighbors that seem to be dumpster divers and are constantly filling their cars up with junk and brining it home. They have people coming in and out of their house always bringing in what looks like junk yard trash. There lifestyle hasn't bothered us until now since we are seeing and a lot more roaches appear on our property. We know roaches coming from the grass is normal and we normally spray bug spray but now smaller roaches are appearing inside our home and we know that it's from the trash the neighbors bring home.
